This workshop will be held over 2 Saturdays - a few weeks apart. This will allow the clay to dry before the first firing. 

In the first workshop we will be creating one large and one slightly smaller terracotta poppies which make great sculptures for your gardens. The poppies can be mounted on metal garden stakes or laid on the earth.

The second workshop will be advised once the clay body has dried and been through a bisque firing. Once the poppies have been bisque fired they can then be decorated with oxides, glazes and melted glass.

All materials and firings are included in your workshop fee.
