Playing around with clay is suitable for the beginner potter, however, I will be throwing in some advanced techniques for those that want a challenge. Each week I will offer the opportunity to extend your knowledge and skill by creating something new. I am also very happy for my students to just do their own thing or create whatever they would like throughout the 8-week course. So there will be plenty of opportunities for self-expression and things will be completed for collection before Christmas.

I am including the purchase of clay in the class fee as we will be using a variety of differnt clays. There will also be firing costs for the amount of items you each personally create - these are roughly approximately $6 per item for 2 firings and decorative glazes used. Please note this class is only for hand building.
