My Open Studio Sessions on Wednesday afternoons are aimed at the beginner or those with some experience. Come along and liberate your artistic ability in an encouraging atmosphere. You can begin something new - start off in a new direction - or finish working on something you have already started but feel you need a little guidance.  Develop new ideas, explore and experiment  with a tutor to help you make those creative decisions. Together we will work out how to get what's in your head onto the canvas using all kinds of mediums and equipment.

I cater for all styles of painting - landscape, abstract, or still-life, and I encourage you to bring along a range of examples from other artists that you may be interested in.

Each session you will be invited to explore a new range of skills or just work on your own thing.

Coming along to an Open Studio Session gives you a time and space devoted solely to creating with assisted teaching provided. I intend for it to be fluid and flexible - so you are not required to sign up for the whole term. All I ask is that you let me know if you are coming along - as numbers are limited. The cost for these sessions are $30 for 2.5 hours of assisted learning payable at class. 

My studio is light and airy, I have an easel for all students and some materials are provided. Tea & coffee provided.

So let's unlock that creative streak that's captured inside. This course will give you the confidence to start and learn some new techniques to begin painting and finding your own style.
