August 2024 - In this one day workshop we will create and complete a hand built terracotta Tasmanian Masked Owl.

This workshop will be completed over 2 sessions. The first session of around 2-3 hours we will create the Masked Owl. In this workshop I will teach you how to roll and manipulate the clay and organically form the owl. Here is where your own creativity can really take shape. you may choose to make the owl as lifelike as you can or try other creative techniques to create a wonderful piece of art.

Once the clay is dry we then need to bisque fir the artwork. Your second class will be the decoration. Here we can choose classic colours and glazes - or you may choose to decorate your creation using as many bright colours and designs as you like. Expected session is around 2 hours.
